QUALIFICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess the current state people, processes, systems and build a roadmap to support growth
- Streamline and improve month-end close process
- Spearhead the integration of a new ERP system
- Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance
- Assess and improve accounting processes: Conduct a thorough review of existing processes and recommend and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in related field - Accounting, Finance, HR
- 8+ years of experience across the Accounting organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- ERP implementation expertise
- Experience evaluating a department or function and developing a strategy to improve it.
