Pay and Benefits

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control processes for the project.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices.
- Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in quality control management.
- Experience with large-scale construction and government agency projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant quality control software and tools.
