Overview: The Logistics Analyst, Senior is responsible for assisting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Security Assistance Foreign Representative (SAFR) with matters pertaining to RSNF Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case transactions.
Responsibilities
Provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) located in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg. Support services include logistics and financial support, information technology consultation and assistance, Repairables support, and administrative and management operational support. Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:

Position: Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics Analyst, Senior

Overview: The Logistics Analyst, Senior is responsible for assisting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Security Assistance Foreign Representative (SAFR) with matters pertaining to RSNF Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case transactions.
Responsibilities
Provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) located in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg. Support services include logistics and financial support, information technology consultation and assistance, Repairables support, and administrative and management operational support. Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:
- Financial and Business Operations Support
- Oversight of office personnel and manage daily office operations
- Oversight of staff schedules and payroll requirements
- Review and submit all requests for Requests for Repair Services (RFRS)
- Review repair quotes for pricing and turnaround time
- Provide RSNF with final pricing information and shipping information for all repairable actions
- Monitor all repairs through the repair life cycle and work with U.S. Customs and Freight Forwarders
- Coordinate with RSNF freight forwarders and DoD transportation teams
- Track all import and export of repair materials between the U.S. and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including classified and hazardous materials
- Monitor funding balances and request additional funding where required and approval by RSNF personnel
- Provide analysis studies as required by the RSNF office
- Researches and provides technical assistance in locating hard to find repair parts and repair sources and provide alternate solutions for obsolete and/or discontinued material/items
- Provide assistance and operational support for equipment and services within the RSNF office in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg
- Manage office files and RSNF share drives
- Provide written weekly, monthly reports as required by the RSNF
- Receive, review, and enter requisitions into the U.S. Supply Systems.
- Provide independent analysis and assessment of FMS cases in Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Enterprise System (SCES), and associated business management database systems commonly used in support of FMS Case Execution such as Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IH), Repair of Repairables Management (WebRoR), Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) and Parts Repair and Ordering System (PROS).
- Provide recommendations and course of action to address outstanding Saudi program issues.
- Provide Integrate Logistics Support (ILS) assessment and analysis.
- Maintain all requisition requests for quote, procurement and technical research requirements.
- Coordinate with commercial vendors for potential directs purchases and record all documentation for RSNF review.
- Provide inventory management support including but not limited to price and availability; requisition input; modifications and cancellations; requisition expedites; and identification of alternate supply sources.
- Manage all CASREP requisitions and provides a weekly CASREP report to RSNF.
- Analyze and address program issues across acquisition, logistics, and financial elements from a developmental and operational standpoint.
- Minimum 5 years FMS environment experience.
- Strong skills working with MS Office and Microsoft Outlook: strong written and oral communication skills: ability to manage tasks maintaining priorities, professional demeanor and quality product outputs, organizational skills a must.
- Must be able to obtain maintain a "Public Trust" determination on the U.S. Navy background investigation.
