Job Description
Under the direction of Quality Improvement and Director of Clinical Operations this position is responsible for organizational performance in relation to clerical operations for the agency including functions of health information management, scheduling, and switchboard. This position is responsible for direct oversight over the Erie County clinical support team and health information management team in order to optimize processes and functions that impact the delivery of care as well as the patient/customer experience. Assists in monitoring regulatory performance and compliance related to Federal, State, and ISO standards and regulations. The manager collaborates with others to achieve operational efficiency and financial goals such as timely initiation of care, clinical productivity, visit utilization standards, face to face compliance, and signed orders. The manager also oversees the planning and creating of staff schedules, time keeping, and disciplines related to time and attendance.
Education And Credentials
Associate's degree required. NYS Driver's license required upon hire
Experience
3 years of relevant experience including 1 year Home Health required. 5 years of relevant experience including 3 years Home Health preferred.
