We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team of passionate clinicians. This role involves providing psychotherapy services to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more.
As an LPCC, you'll play an essential role in delivering evidence-based treatment while collaborating with colleagues and community partners. You will enjoy the autonomy to work in your preferred clinical style while receiving support from a multidisciplinary and mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy for individuals (and possibly couples/families within LPCC scope and with appropriate supervision)
- Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches, etc.
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with team members through regular case consultations and staff meetings
- Coordinate care with outside agencies (e.g., medical providers, schools, caseworkers) as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical practice standards as defined by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in the State of California (in good standing)
- Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Experience working with diverse populations and/or underserved communities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with clinical staff
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to legally provide clinical services without ongoing supervision
- Experience in community mental health, telehealth, or crisis intervention
- Prior experience working with youth, couples, or family systems
