With a growing workforce of over 50 employees, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Lead procurement efforts, including material purchasing and subcontractor negotiations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical documents, and specifications.
- Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards (OSHA certification preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail.
