Vice President Of Hospital Operations - Little Rock

The Vice President of Hospital Operations reports to the President of Baptist Health Medical Center - Little Rock. The Vice President is responsible for executive of strategic objectives and goals with direct oversight of assigned departments and services including system departments. Develops leaders and maintains operational effectiveness on a continual basis through sound management practices. Works collaboratively with the President, medical staff and hospital departments to establish and maintain effective relationships.

Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Five or more years of experience in healthcare administration in a leadership role. Experience in Transplant/Heart Failure and other Cardiovascular services is a plus. Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, discretion, and decision-making skills. to solve management issues and direct numerous and varied operations simultaneously. Knowledge of related regulatory and compliance requirement
