Description:
As Human Resources Manager at our local producer of Reddi Wip and table spreads, you will manage human resources (HR), employee relations and labor relations at a single large plant location. Responsible for several areas of human resources including safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. Assist management in planning, implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities and administer existing programs. You will report to a Director of Human Resources.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.

Your Impact:
- Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations.
- Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness processes.
- Handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruitment, interview and selection.
- Lead in the development, implementation and auditing of policies and procedures.
- Analyze training and development needs; lead the development and administration of training programs.
- Manage regulatory compliance efforts.
- Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on development and implementation of action plans.
- Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
- PHR/SHRM-CP or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources in a large manufacturing environment.
- People management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated change management experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRIS.
- Experience managing partnerships with internal customers and peers.
