Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle of HR applications (Workday, Kronos, Healthstream)
• Lead system implementation, support, and optimization
• Recommend and execute technical solutions aligned with HR goals
• Ensure integration and compliance with enterprise IT standards
• Supervise and mentor application support teams
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and research stakeholders
• Oversee procurement processes and vendor evaluations
• Contribute to IT strategic planning and project evaluation
• Deliver presentations and support cross-functional initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience:

• 5+ years in healthcare IT
• 5+ years configuring and supporting HRIS systems
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, credential tracking, and identity management
• 3+ years managing teams and stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record in project management (ITIL, Agile)
