Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
Designing architecture based on E&U Cloud, vlocity knowledge and capabilities
Omnistudio and experience cloud are must have skills
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000 a year
