Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and records of work done.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with site civil work, including utilities, highway construction, and bridge construction.
• Familiarity with marine construction practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
