Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized staffing and technology solutions that align with their goals.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new prospects within the IT and technical industries. Use market insights, industry connections, and personal networks to expand the client base and develop strategic partnerships.
- Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and solution development to contract negotiation and closing. Ensure timely sales closures while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, to develop innovative strategies and optimize service delivery, enhancing our competitive edge.
- Proposal & Presentation Excellence: Deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate our expertise in technical staffing solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions, using this knowledge to make informed business decisions, adapt strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Proven IT Consulting & Sales Expertise: A background in IT consulting or technology solutions sales with a strong understanding of technical industries and the staffing needs within those verticals.
- Strong Business Development Skills: Experience identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. Demonstrated ability to build and grow successful partnerships in competitive markets.
- Technical Understanding: Deep knowledge of the technical requirements and staffing solutions required for industries such as software, IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other technology-driven sectors.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives, clients, and internal teams effectively. Skilled at delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
- Strategic and Results-Driven: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative, customized solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring alignment between sales, technical teams, and leadership to deliver top-notch service to clients.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable collaborating across time zones and adapting to evolving client needs and market conditions.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or business development, with a focus on technical industries (e.g., IT, software, cybersecurity, cloud computing).
- Track Record in Client Solutions: Experience delivering customized solutions to clients, with a deep understanding of the technical verticals and industries you support.
- Sales & Business Development Background: Strong background in driving business development and account management with proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with a Sales or Recruiting Background: Individuals with experience in sales, sourcing, or recruiting are encouraged to apply, provided they have a strong sales mindset and a deep understanding of technical staffing solutions.
