Location: Nationwide (remote with travel expected to support national coverage and events)

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across multiple specialties and geographies
- Lead and coach regional sales managers and 1099 teams to meet national revenue goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies and performance targets
- Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Track and analyze national sales data, create performance reports, and partner with internal departments to optimize execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (required)
- Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in national/regional sales leadership roles with proven revenue generation success
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or regenerative medicine markets is strongly preferred
- Prior experience leading large sales teams and working with 1099 distributor networks
- Sales Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in leading national sales efforts and managing distributed teams (Regional Managers, 1099s).
- Strategic Business Development: Ability to bring in at least 15 new clients per month and hit aggressive growth targets across multiple verticals.
- Industry Knowledge & Network: Strong presence in Medical Device markets including Aesthetics, Orthopedic, Wound Care, Gynecology, Dermatology, Cosmetics, Veterinary/VA.
- CRM & Sales Analytics: Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting, and leveraging data to drive performance.
- Deep network across multiple verticals (aesthetics, orthopedics, wound care, etc.) and an existing book of business is a must
