As a Product Manager in Consumer Bank's Deposits 2.0, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, you develop profitable products that provide customer value. You guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Design and implement innovative customer or bank journeys for deposit-related actions by leading resources like design, data, operations, and technology.
  • Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple product areas to deliver Deposit 2.0.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while managing the product delivery timeline.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leader of collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives).
  • Customer-centric focus and rapport with end users.
  • Proficient in JIRA.

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
