Senior Product Manager - Financial Planning & Fore

About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager you will be a pivotal member of our Product Management team, driving the strategic capability roadmap within the Financial Planning & Forecasting domain. This critical function ensures the creation of accurate, data-driven financial plans and forecasts, integral to our enterprise financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of financial planning and forecasting solutions.
• Develop and manage enterprise financial tools, with expertise in platforms such as Anaplan and Oracle Financials.
• Craft a product roadmap to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize human capital, aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, engineering, and data analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from identifying opportunities to launching impactful solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable product plans, managing competing priorities and delivering scalable, user-centric tools.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and presenting product performance metrics.
