Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.33800)
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation. Position requires:
Exadata implementations; Oracle Exadata Cloud Services (ExaCC and ExaCC) implementation and administration; ASM architecture and RAC architecture; Clustering technologies; Programming and troubleshooting in C and C++; Database Management Systems; Hardware debugging; and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and networks and managing VMs and Exadata Cloud infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $134,285 to $141,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
