Financial Program Manager III
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Program Manager to lead critical financial reviews and analysis efforts within a dynamic business group. This role will focus on analyzing financial statements, preparing benchmarking studies, and delivering clear, data-driven presentations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering, and is comfortable navigating cross-functional teams, including legal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-depth financial reviews for the AFP program and related benchmarking projects.
  • Analyze financial statements and develop reports and presentations summarizing findings.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.
  • Coordinate with legal partners to ensure all reviews comply with established guardrails.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance on financial planning initiatives.
  • Direct and oversee the work of others within the team.
  • Drive multiple initiatives with a high level of independence and creativity.

Financial Analysis- 7+ years

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience leading presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in driving financial programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated alignment with core leadership principles: Dive Deep, Ownership, Bias for Action.
  • Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Previous success working on projects involving financial benchmarking or corporate planning.
