- Lead in-depth financial reviews for the AFP program and related benchmarking projects.
- Analyze financial statements and develop reports and presentations summarizing findings.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.
- Coordinate with legal partners to ensure all reviews comply with established guardrails.
- Provide strategic input and guidance on financial planning initiatives.
- Direct and oversee the work of others within the team.
- Drive multiple initiatives with a high level of independence and creativity.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience leading presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in driving financial programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
- Demonstrated alignment with core leadership principles: Dive Deep, Ownership, Bias for Action.
- Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and cross-functional business teams.
- Previous success working on projects involving financial benchmarking or corporate planning.
