Position Summary:
River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessments, diagnoses, medication management, and crisis intervention. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with a licensed physician and multidisciplinary team to support individuals experiencing behavioral health disorders. The salary range for this position is between $62.50 - $68.51.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide diagnostic impressions.
  • Prescribe, manage, and monitor psychiatric medications.
  • Deliver treatment to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges.


Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing required.
  • Board certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health (General or Forensic Psychiatry preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
