Position Summary:
Tesla STEM High School is seeking a leader to support our dynamic and innovative school. The successful associate principal will demonstrate a passion for STEM, support the widely shared vision/mission for learning at the secondary level that aligns with the Lake Washington School district's vision/mission; continue the strong, positive school culture and instructional program that supports both student learning and staff professional growth; and effectively manage the school organization, operation, and resources for a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment. Pillars of our Tesla Community are fostering autonomy, professionalism and collaboration with faculty; building connections with community members; responding to diverse community and student interests and needs; and understanding, responding to, and influencing political, social, legal, and cultural contexts.

Qualifications:
Washington State Administrator credential with a Principal endorsement.
Salary: Building Administrator - $168,992 - $172,441 per year (based on 2024-2025 schedule); year round contracted position with full benefits package available.

This position is open until filled, with first consideration given to applications that are submitted by May 1, 2025. First round interviews are planned for May 7th; second round interviews scheduled for May 9th.
