Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends) - Urgent Need

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day Shift) | $20,000 (Night Shift)
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN (CVICU RN) to join our critical care team in Ocala, FL. This role supports patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, managing ventilators, and vasoactive drips in a high-acuity setting. Our facility is part of a regional Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing top-tier cardiac and intensive care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to post-operative cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and cardiac monitoring equipment
• Assess rapidly changing patient conditions and intervene as necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate records and participate in care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent ICU experience required (PCU may be considered)
• Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
• BLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS (AHA) - required within 90 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
