SAP RTR Hana Lead

1. Knowledgeable in Open text, Project Systems, and Tax
2. RTR Process Design and Implementation:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes in SAP HANA.
• Work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions.

3. System Configuration and Optimization:

• Configure SAP HANA modules for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Optimize system performance for efficient financial closing, reporting, and compliance.

4. Integration and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FI-CO) to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide expertise in SAP HANA database and analytics for improved reporting and insights.

5. Support and Troubleshooting:

• Manage and resolve RTR-related system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

6. Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary data and system configurations.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes, with at least 5 years on SAP HANA.

Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is a plus.

Salary Range-$93,700-$150,000 a year
