GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sr. Analyst, Brand Maintenance and Repair will play a key role in supporting systems, reporting, and process improvements for the Brand Maintenance and Repair team. This role will be responsible for producing KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis leveraging ServiceChannel, PowerBI, and Excel to produce actionable insights. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the work order management system with consideration to end user processes and reporting needs. This role will partner with team leadership to create reporting and adjust processes to reduce team work load, drive better process execution and improves business outcomes. Key components of this role include an understanding of the retail industry, Store Operations, work order management, producing insights through data analytics, collaborating with corporate and field teams, and communicating recommendations to executive level audiences.
The base salary range for this role is $77,900 - $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads development of reporting, comprehensive data analysis, and work order system management to support Brand Maintenance and Repair Team
Thoughtfully design new reporting to track KPIs, produce actional insights to help manage the business and monitor progress on meeting business objectives.
Develop detailed work plans and associated project updates/communication.
Identify process improvement opportunities through quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gain input and develop inclusive/holistic operational solutions.
Quantify potential impact to key business metrics such as costs, quality of service, and time to completion.
Interact with different levels of management to build consensus around changes and rollout plans.
Design and complete ad hoc analysis as requested (with limited guidance).
Leverage critical thinking to solve complex project challenges in a way that meets the needs of the business.
Complete projects on time and in a way that achieves the desired business outcomes.
Develop communications and training to educate internal and store operators on best practices and process enhancements.
Prepare and present clear, fact-based presentations to illustrate findings and gain creditability based upon recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an analytical field).
Strong candidates will have a minimum of 3 years post college experience with developing reporting/analysis, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and business process ownership. Experience in retail, operations, and/or analytical field preferred.
Outstanding analytical ability - must have a data driven approach to solving problems. Requires very strong quantitative skills, a good sense of how to dissect problems and a strong ability to "connect the dots" to discern insights.
Experience designing dashboards and analysis to track KPIs, produce actionable insights, and monitor business outcomes.
Proficient knowledge of store operations, work order management systems and processes.
Ability to think through new challenges strategically and independently problem solve to address key business and project related obstacles and opportunities.
A detail-oriented approach: Must pay very close attention to details and have the drive to get things right.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with integrated, multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High degree of reliability including accountability for daily, weekly, and long-term projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceChannel or Looker a plus.
Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
