As our Executive Director of Organizational Process Improvement, you'll be the engine behind enterprise-wide operational excellence, championing impactful initiatives that improve safety, quality, access, and value.

This highly visible and strategic role partners with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to embed continuous improvement throughout the organization. You'll coach, train, and advise teams using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry-leading methodologies to streamline processes, reduce variation, and build a culture of accountability and innovation.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives that drive measurable gains in safety, quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Leverage powerful tools and innovative solutions-including automation, AI, and advanced analytics-to uncover insights, accelerate change, and embed smart systems at scale.
  • Design and implement standardized processes across functions to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve consistency in care and operations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to executive and operational leaders-building their capabilities through hands-on training, mentorship, and problem-solving.
  • Develop and operationalize performance dashboards and real-time metrics to track progress, illuminate improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven improvement, using root cause analysis and evidence-based methodologies to guide action and sustain outcomes.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, breaking down silos and aligning teams around a unified vision for excellence across clinical and non-clinical areas.
  • Address day-to-day and systemic challenges related to quality, safety, operational flow, and staff engagement with empathy and strategic focus.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in healthcare, business, operations, or related field.
  • Lean certification and Black Belt in Six Sigma strongly preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience driving large-scale performance improvement in complex healthcare environments.
  • Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, A3 thinking, and rapid improvement events.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategy, using dashboards, KPIs, and visual management to support execution and accountability.
  • A natural influencer with the emotional intelligence to lead across a matrixed system and build trusted partnerships at every level.
  • A systems thinker who brings creativity, structure, and standardization together to build sustainable, high-impact solutions.
