Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and oversee projects of varying sizes, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects, and will be the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the progress of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to relay project progress, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
