Job Description
  • The Project Manager will oversee projects focused on revenue management and financial system workflows.
  • Responsibilities include managing implementation timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to financial protocols, and supporting both operational reporting and broader strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance and accountability.

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in dynamic pricing strategies and yield management.
  • Proven track record in data analysis and forecasting to optimize revenue streams.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and channel management in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with governmental processes and public sector project requirements, particularly in the context of state or national park systems.

Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of SaaS architectures and cloud technologies, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for reservation systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems and property management systems.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report on project progress.

Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify revenue opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting to align revenue goals with organizational objectives.
  • Understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and executive teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and product managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical park staff and government officials.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring that project goals align with the needs of internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring that the reservation system meets evolving user needs.
