People Ops Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of processes and initiatives.
- Partner with HR, RevOps, and Finance to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, project management and reporting processes.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and business leaders on data interpretation and utilization.
- Implement new company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensures data governance by administering and following policies/guidelines for providing and securing sensitive or confidential employee information.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.
People Analytics
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of employee surveys, exit interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
About You
- Post secondary education in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and link people data to organizational performance and outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HR systems and data management best practices.
