Automotive Sales Manager

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
  • Drive sales performance through training, coaching, and daily motivation
  • Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable to goals
  • Ensure top-tier customer service at every step of the sales process
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments for seamless operations
  • Assist in inventory management, pricing strategy, and marketing efforts
  • Uphold compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive sales or finance experience
  • Prior management or team leadership experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM and dealership software tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
