What you'll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
- Drive sales performance through training, coaching, and daily motivation
- Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable to goals
- Ensure top-tier customer service at every step of the sales process
- Collaborate with finance and service departments for seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management, pricing strategy, and marketing efforts
- Uphold compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales or finance experience
- Prior management or team leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of CRM and dealership software tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Competitive pay structure with earning potential up to $120K
