We are seeking a highly skilled and thorough Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project and program governance, leading risk and issue logs, and facilitating visible decision-making processes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. We are seeking a highly skilled and thorough Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project and program governance, leading risk and issue logs, and facilitating visible decision-making processes. Program Governance
- Support the development, implementation, of program delivery governance frameworks
- Assist in leading governance bodies, such as Steering Committees and Program Meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking and ensure partners are advised of key developments.
- Maintain and update centralized repositories (e.g., SharePoint) for governance documentation and templates.
- Provide financial budget reconciliation and analysis support to the program leadership team, collaborating with relevant partners to gather the information
- Act as a liaison between project teams and governance bodies to facilitate communication and alignment with governance requirements.
- Lead program related change control processes, including impact analysis, documentation, and approval workflows related to program technical or scope changes
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and provide clear updates on project progress.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource management.
- Own the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established plans and methodologies.
- Build and maintain governance dashboards and periodic progress updates tailored to diverse partner groups, including senior leaders and program sponsors.
- Ensure open reporting of project health, financials, and milestone tracking.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and partners.
- Document lessons learned post-project completion to refine governance protocols and frameworks.
Team Leadership:
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, encouraging partnership and effective communication.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare decision records and data-driven reports to support prioritization, resource allocation, and change management decisions.
- Align governance decisions with strategic objectives and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions promptly.
- Track and lead RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies) to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential challenges.
- Facilitate risk review sessions and call out critical risks and issues to governance boards with detailed mitigation strategies.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage program related budgets, control expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to handle project-related financials and engagements.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification
- Either a Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) or FPX is required.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management support or PMO roles, with a focus on governance.
- Solid track record of driving complex projects to completion.
- Prior experience in HR system related projects is desirable.
- Understanding of Workday and related Integrations is desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with global and multicultural teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
