The Good Eating Company has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to support a large Tech client in Reston, Virgina.
The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of the management team and all frontline staff with a focus on excellent customer experience.

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

What You'll Do
- The TGEC liaison with the client and owner of client relationships
- Responsible for a geographically dispersed portfolio of client sites
- Coordination with internal TGEC resources to deliver a seamless experience for client employees
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals

What You Bring
- A strong background in hospitality and restaurants, and a genuine approach to sharing that passion with the staff and client
- Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service
- Both front and back of house, in addition to food/bar/beverage service, superb guest relations abilities are the key to success of this operation
- Have strong communication skills, flexibility and adaptability in a fast and frequently changing environment
