Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + profit sharing bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with match, and unlimited PTO.
Requirements:
5+ years of destination management experience
Experience building relationships with client and vendor negotiations and development and fostering of new and existing relationships.
Experience managing and developing a team
Experience in the Colorado market required
Responsibilities:
Collaboratively design and execute long-term sales and marketing strategies
Lead and manage a team of professionals
Provide visibility and professional partner representation in the local marketplace
Own and manage budgets for associated goals
Serve as the strategic partner on the executive management team
