Level Description
This is a senior-level position requiring:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis
- A high level of independent judgment and initiative
- Strong data analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Previous experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Project management knowledge (PMP certification is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and project deliverables for the systems
- Troubleshoot system issues for staff and participants
- Develop and deliver training on MIS modules including nutrition education and clinic services
- Assist in business process mapping and reengineering
- Design and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide feedback on system enhancements, release notes, and communication materials
- Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely deliverables
- Collaborate closely with vendors, state agencies, and local staff on technical solutions and system improvements
- Regularly review Sprint summaries and dual participation records
- Deliver high-quality customer service and serve as a knowledgeable resource to team members and stakeholders
