The Senior Strategic Execution Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Analyze and execute transformative strategic transactions and investments.
  • Create and maintain complex three-statement financial models of private and public companies for forecasting, discounted cash flow analysis, and valuation work related to M&A, A&D, and other strategic investment opportunities.
  • Work with external advisors and internal teams to conduct financial, technical, commercial, and other due diligence efforts.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess market opportunities, risk / return profile of M&A, A&D, and other strategic investment opportunities.
  • Develop and efficiently communicate investment theses verbally and in written materials with the ability to defend (or change) your position in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prepare presentation materials and analyses for executive management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support negotiation and coordination of transaction closing / structuring process and the post-closing monitoring of historical transactions.
  • Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor analysis and other factors to support the establishment of strategic and capital allocation priorities.


Required Experience and Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex analyses clearly.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Energy industry landscape and market dynamics.


Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience using financial databases. (e.g., Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial, capital markets and corporate finance principles.
  • Experience preparing and presenting materials to senior executives.


Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
