Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking aDirector of Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation at Methodist Healthcare System who is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory and accreditation readiness, quality excellence, and corporate safety compliance for the organization. The role provides oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance. This position works closely with the quality and safety department, facility leadership, and department leaders across the organization to support facilitation, development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance with external accrediting and regulatory bodies, while driving process improvement and safety across the facility.

- Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare required.
- Minimum of three years of managing regulatory compliance programs in a complex, multi-campus healthcare environment.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in nursing or a healthcare field.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
- Required: If RN, must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Texas Licensing Board.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 12 months of hire 2.
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
- Must have CPHQ within 1 year of hire into the position.
