DIRECTOR, BRAND CONSULTING- OVERVIEW:This role sits on Elevate Sports Ventures Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate
focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle
marketing with domestic and international brands. As part of this, Elevate is committed to building greater

The Director will report to the SVP, Brand and will be responsible for leading the brand experiential and
activation business related to our roster of clients. A successful candidate will be a proven experiential and
activation leader, that brings experience activating brands in a creative and intentional manner throughout
the sports, entertainment and lifestyle landscape. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem-solver,
exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail and budget management. The individual must
thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as
well as transition across many different clients based on the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversight of the complete experiential business as well as serve as the relationship lead on a series
of accounts
Build strong relationships with key internal and external key stakeholders
Provide upfront client briefing to understand their goals, objectives, target audience, and KPIs for
each brand experience and/or activation
Work with our insights team to understand how best to reach and engage with the audiences we are
targeting for our brand clients
Lead ideation around brand activation and experiential brand needs, grounding our efforts in proven
insights and aligning to brand business goals
Ability to distill creative brainstorms into digestible big ideas for client presentations
Once concepts are agreed upon, develop and execute the activation plan for our brand partners
Create and maintain event timelines, budgets and resource plans, ensuring events are executed on
time and within budget
Project manage all experiential and activation logistics including but not limited to production build,
property management, venue management, contract negotiations, stang, transportation,
catering, security, equipment rentals and all other operational needs
Ensure smooth on-site management of events, including overseeing the set-up, operation, and
break-down of all event components
Hold strong industry relationships to leverage in the production, creative, stang, in addition to
other third party vendors (mobile experiences, gifting, production builds etc)
As a leader on the brand team, always look for opportunities to grow our partner relationships from a
business development and relationship perspective
Lead, mentor, manage and build a team, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance,
communication and accountability
Allocate tasks to team members based on strengths and skillsets
Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and providing
updates throughout the event planning process
Conduct post-event recaps to measure success, areas for opportunity and overall alignment in
driving brand and business growth for our partners
Provide detailed reports to clients, including feedback, attendance metrics, engagement statistics,
and ROI analysis and finalized budgets
Draft scope of services for the activation current and prospective clients
Maintain strong profitability throughout our client roster and work closely with the SVP to on budget
management and expectations
Work closely with Elevate finance to ensure budgets are tracked accurately and manage post event
reconciliation with finance and brand partners

A. Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experiential experience
Sports agency experience preferred
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong leadership skills
A curious mindset with strong work ethic
Knowledge and experience within brand management, specifically experiential activations
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams to execute
programs
Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple partners and programs
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to present ideas,
activation plans, and recap results
Real-time industry knowledge and relationships in sports + entertainment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
