AtkinsRalis' is in search of a Program Procurement Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The Program Procurement Manager is responsible leading the procurement of all necessary services and works, ensuring that program procedures are integrated into new contracts, and developing strategies to mitigate risks at the program level.

AtkinsRalis' is in search of a Program Procurement Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The Program Procurement Manager is responsible leading the procurement of all necessary services and works, ensuring that program procedures are integrated into new contracts, and developing strategies to mitigate risks at the program level.
Your role within the team:
- Leads the procurement of all required services and works
- Provides assurance that relevant aspects of the program procedures are incorporated into new contracts at the program and project levels
- Develops strategies to mitigate program-level risk through the packaging of the program requirements across the projects and/or contracts
- Provides assurance that risk transfer strategies identified in the program and/or project Risk Management Plans are effectively implemented through the contracts
- Compiles and analyzes supplier performance at a program level to identify issues and develop resolution measures
- Participates in evaluation of, and provides recommendations on, vendor selection and negotiation
- Participates in working groups and other project meetings and reports on all procurement activities

The ideal candidate:
- Leads the procurement of all required services and works
- Recognized degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or equivalent
- 15 years of experience with at least 8 years of experience in leading the procurement process for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven previous airport and/or aviation project experience
- Certification from Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC)
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM) certification is an asset
