Director of Rehabilitation DOR (PTA/COTA)

Exciting In-House Director of Rehab Opportunity in Camp Hill, PA. This position is open to a licensed and experienced PTA or COTA MUST have prior Director of Rehab experience in a skilled nursing facility.

The Gardens at Camp Hill, a premier skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (COTA/PTA) to lead and oversee our therapy department. Salary is negotiable and based on experience:

$80,000-$90,000
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Lead and mentor a team of therapists and therapy assistants
• Ensure staff compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
• Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited program with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA, or Associate degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy
• Minimum of three years of hands-on patient care experience
• At least one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or proven success as a point person under clinical operations supervision
