Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive Task Order support to facilitate the effective management and execution of clean energy initiatives and the maintenance of a business online account system, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead program management Task Order support for clean energy projects.
Have a solid understanding of the task order requirements and that all key personnel are introduced to the IRS team.
Provide transitioning task order plans and an orientation briefing for the government.
have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all award matters relating to daily operation.
Provide detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for clean energy projects.
Schedule and conduct a bi-weekly 45-minute status briefing with the Director, Customer Service Domain on the major activities related to this task order.
Provide advisory services to optimize clean energy strategies.
Ensure compliance with clean energy regulations and standards.
Manage the development of a secure and user-friendly online account system for business operations.
Demonstrate confirmation of their understanding of the work to be accomplished under this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Provide orientation briefing meeting minutes and actions items within one week of the meeting to the PMI Senior Manager.
Manage and support key Web Apps initiatives, planning, solutioning, designing and delivering new and feature updates to web applications.
Actively share best practices to enhance team performance.
Develop and oversee program schedules, oversee product delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving requirements.
Manage risk, change, and release strategies while ensuring program scalability and compliance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve business process efficiency and service delivery.
Develop innovative quality management strategies that enhance value delivery.
Facilitate executive briefings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder engagement to communicate program status effectively.
Participate in sprint meetings to ensure progress tracking and iterative improvements.
Ensure compliance with OMB requirements, all applicable clean energy regulations, Section 508, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and NIST SP 800-53 guidelines
Must be available during core hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the IRS facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of IRS institutional knowledge and in-depth understanding of the OLA program, delivery partners, and system design
Experience with IRS processing systems and tools.
Expertise in roadmap planning, product support, and stakeholder engagement.
Significant experience in guiding teams for successful delivery by removing obstacles and fostering a self-organizing environment.
Have a proven track record in managing agile projects, delivering specific products or transformations through multi-disciplinary teams.
PMP Certification (preferred) or equivalent extensive program management experience.
Proven ability to pivot in response to dynamic program needs and evolving priorities.
Preferred experience with IRS processing systems and tools.

Must have an active MBI Clearance.

US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

Work Type:

Full-Time - On-Site at client's location in Lanham, Maryland.
