Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

What You'll Be Doing:
- In-Home Consultations: Visit customers in branded attire, listen to their needs, and guide them to the perfect flooring solutions
- Design Expertise: Use your knowledge of flooring styles, colors, and trends to wow and inspire
- Relationship Building: Create lasting customer connections and turn great service into repeat business
- Sales Tools: Use our top-tier technology (tablet, software, CRM) to build and present proposals with ease
- Follow Through: Ensure the transition from sale to installation is seamless and satisfying
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must)
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine love for helping people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A results-driven mindset and desire to exceed goals
- Tech-savvy-comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and tools like Salesforce or Google Suite
- valid driver's license and flexibility to work evenings/weekends
