Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation of external and internal financial reports to support the Company's located in the US, Europe and Asia on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role directly collaborates with the CFO and other accounting groups to ensure accounting processes are functioning efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, regulatory filings, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis, as may be required by leadership.

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for completing month-end close process for all entities
  • Multi-currency financial consolidation of all entities
  • Production of financial reporting packages for management
  • Plan and prepare for annual audit with outside auditors
  • Ensure all year end closing procedures are completed
  • Assist in annual budgeting and planning process
  • Production of bank reporting package
  • Perform periodic analysis for management
  • Manage cash flow forecasting/reporting
  • Tracking KPI's for reporting weekly to private equity owners
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Qualifications:

BS in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in private or public accounting preferred
  • Experience with private equity and lender reporting preferred
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex calculations, understand accounting impact and implications of transactions and perform reconciliations of data from multiple sources
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, multi-currency translation and experience with GAAP reporting
  • Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple, concurrent tasks, as well as the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively interact to achieve shared goals
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and understand various system general ledger packages
  • A passion to grow within an organization and think "Outside the Box" is desirable

Location-Must live within reasonable commute to the Corporate Headquarters
