We are currently recruiting for a Manager of Network, Platform Solutions to join our team remotely in Canada. The successful candidate will oversee various operations departments within Crawford Contractor Connection and Platform Solutions. They will be responsible for accomplishing department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating department activities. The manager will be involved in creating and executing strategic initiatives, including IT development projects, process efficiencies, and budgetary discussions.

The successful candidate will oversee various operations departments within Crawford Contractor Connection and Platform Solutions. They will be responsible for accomplishing department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating department activities. The manager will be involved in creating and executing strategic initiatives, including IT development projects, process efficiencies, and budgetary discussions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create growth opportunities while leveraging cross-training between departments
- Conduct training and quality assurance of all department employees
- Provide real time coaching and feedback to employees based on their performance
- Lead team through day-to-day operations within each department to ensure deadlines are met. This can include shuffling staff focus, negotiating change in schedule/hours, and identifying priorities within each department
- Hosting team, department, and branch meetings
- Process management of technology for various internal departments including workflows and telecom routing
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, and operations information
- Take budgetary needs into consideration when making recommendations and initiating new projects
- Lead large and small group sessions at Contractor Connection annual conference
- Some travel may be required to attend industry events
- Participate in on-call rotation for No Contractor Found process
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience or
- Minimum 5 years' experience within insurance or restoration industry
- Strong Management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Proven problem solving skills
- Quick and confident decision making ability
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive Team player
- Strategic thinker
- Xactimate knowledge an asset
- People leadership and performance management experience
- Understanding of technology processes including Ring Central and other call center technology
- Bilingual English/French an asset
