Your Role
The Contact Center Technology Services team is focused on delivering a customer centric experience across a wide array of technology platforms and services. The Senior Scrum Master, Contact Center Technologies, is a new role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Contact Center Technology Services. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring it's clear, concise, and reflects user needs.
- Refine and update the backlog regularly, based on new information and priorities.
- Ensure the backlog is ready for development, with sufficient details and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification and 5 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience.
- Preferred Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
- Preferred Scrum Master certification (PSM II, CSM, A-CSM (Scrum Alliance certifications).
- Preferred experience using JIRA and AgilePlace.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
- Technical knowledge within contact center products and platforms.
- Understanding of health care payer industry processes and operational goals.
- Understanding of software development processes and experience with product backlog management tools
