ADP is hiring a Lead Implementation Consultant - Time & Attendance. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the implementation of the Workforce Manager time and attendance product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Lead client meetings and send meeting notes

*Create and maintain project plans

*Conduct Time and Attendance analysis calls with clients to gather time and attendance requirements.
* Understand client's business practices and provide consultative solutions.
* Complete system configuration
* Facilitate client training on Time and Attendance, Paid Time Off, and related feature functionality.
* Perform quality assurance tests to ensure the system has been successfully configured and implemented.
* Prepare client for transition from implementation to service.
* Provide support during client first 2- 4 payroll and time processing.
* Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation.
* Responsible for forecasting and billing.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Attention to detail, process-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to respond and react to a variety of different critical issues simultaneously
* Analytical & problem solving skills to anticipate, identify, eliminate, and/or resolve problems in a timely manner
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen processes and deliverables
* Strong verbal and written communication skills through appropriate email etiquette
* Excellent organizational skills

* Experience and knowledge of Time and Attendance Products

* Strong technical background

* Proficient in MS Excel
