JOB DESCRIPTION
The HBCUv Product Manager, who will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Technology Business and Strategy, will support, along with our Managed Service Provider, the strategic planning, development, and implementation of HBCUv, the organization's digital learning and community engagement platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, user-centered design principles, user experience research and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into innovative digital solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in education, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and user experience research, preferably in the educational technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully launching digital products, with experience in mobile applications and AI-driven tools.
Strong understanding of the higher education environment and its technological needs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
