The Opportunity
  • Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation Partnering, you will be a strategic compensation partner to HR and business leaders for US business areas (such as US Commerce, Content and

    Broadcasting), and may lead more complex functional or enterprise-wide compensation projects. You will also support the Compensation team in the design, administration, implementation, and communication of compensation programs.
  • This role is hybrid-remote and based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation structures are competitive. This includes benchmarking against industry standards and making recommendations for adjustments.
  • Provide expertise and advice to senior management and HR teams on compensation-related matters, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Partner with HR and senior management to align compensation strategies with broader business strategies, ensuring that compensation efforts support long-term organizational goals.
  • Support department re-orgs and job evaluations for new and existing positions using external market survey data and internal equity analysis.
  • Recommend promotional increase amounts, reclassification increases, new hire salaries, etc. in accordance with compensation guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to global compensation guidelines/philosophy and global job leveling framework, while balancing with unique needs of specific client areas.
  • Support ad-hoc project requests for specific client areas (as well as broader team as needed).


What You Bring
  • 5+ years experience supporting global compensation.
  • 5+ years experience defining compensation guidelines.
  • 5+ years experience administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs and policies, and compensation-specific training, for HR and business within assigned client areas.
  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation related law.
  • Intermediate to advanced level spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, databases, formulas).
