BMO is currently sourcing for a Strategic Customer Segment Growth (Newcomers to Canada) on a 24-month contract.

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for the growth and engagement strategy for the Newcomers to Canada customer segment. The Manager will develop and execute customer-centric strategies, identify and manage partnership opportunities, build tailored value propositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Legal, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for the growth and engagement strategy for the Newcomers to Canada customer segment. The Manager will develop and execute customer-centric strategies, identify and manage partnership opportunities, build tailored value propositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Legal, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute strategies to acquire and retain Newcomers to Canada
- Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and test segment-specific value propositions
- Identify and build external partnerships (e.g., community or newcomer organizations)
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch programs, events, and marketing content
- Measure campaign effectiveness and advocate for resources to drive growth
- Contribute to the innovation and scaling of programs targeting this segment
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress and results
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, or Product Management
- Proven experience working directly with a customer segment (not just segmentation analysis)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in banking or other customer-focused industries
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience running large-scale programs or events
- Familiarity with newcomer support programs and stakeholder ecosystems
Education Requirements:
- Master's Degree preferred (MBA ideal)
