Overview

Our Salesforce team is growing and looking for a Sr Salesforce Training & Communications Specialist. In this position, you will collaborate with the Salesforce Change team, Salesforce Advocates, Business Leaders, and Field to develop and implement strategies that enhance user adoption and minimize resistance. An important element of this role is contextual knowledge of producer experience, their priorities and the nuances between divisions. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools. You will have regular meetings with Advocates, Market Leaders and Area Presidents to gather insights, assess utilization, and identify training needs. You'll collaborate heavily with local Sales Operations and Salesforce Advocates to conduct tailored Salesforce Training sessions and craft communications that highlight Salesforce benefits and business use cases for producers.

This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada.

How you'll make an impact

Adoption Strategy
  • Work with the Global Sales Ops & Salesforce Change Team to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance of Salesforce within the business.
  • Have monthly review sessions with Global CRM Leader to review current levels of adoption across branches and roles. Identify recommendations to improve adoption.
  • Collaborate regularly with Divisional stakeholders to drive success within the framework of each division.

Salesforce Advocates
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Advocate group to ensure consistent adoption and utilization of Salesforce platform across all regions, business lines, and countries.
  • Partner with Salesforce Advocates and local Sales Operations to deliver messaging tailored to the business
  • Attend and facilitate meetings with each Advocate to foster relationships, address queries, gather insights on usage, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate changes timely and effectively outlining producer and manger impact

Field Engagement with Sales Leaders
  • Hold quarterly one-on-ones with Sales Leaders to review key Sales Ops metrics, Salesforce platform utilization within their branches, identify training gaps.
  • Align on follow-up actions to address improvement areas.

Field Engagement with Global Branches
  • Develop and lead quarterly all-producer global Salesforce Training calls.
  • Coordinate with regional leadership to infuse the Global Sales Ops & Salesforce messaging into Regional All-Producer calls
  • Develop and lead bi-monthly branch Salesforce Training sessions tailored to branch or regional requirements. Focus on addressing common queries, updates to Salesforce, and specific business needs.

Communications
  • Draft / review communications targeted at producers, ensuring the messaging resonates with the perspective of a producer and highlights the benefits of using Salesforce.
  • Ensure Salesforce Advocates and Sales Ops are aware of tool enhancements, the impact of the enhancements and how the enhancement will benefit sales teams.
  • Provide Salesforce Advocates and Sales Ops materials to give utilize within their branches and regions.

WalkMe
  • Evaluate current WalkMe implementation across platforms and interface and identify areas for improvements.
  • Monitor success of targeted shoutouts to understand the adoption of Salesforce.

Producer Feedback for Enhancements
  • Identify and prioritize producer feedback throughout all channels of your day-to-day work.
  • Document feedback in DevOps tickets and participate in the prioritization of this work.
  • Keep producers/sales leaders informed on updates based on feedback they provided.

About You

  • 5+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), specifically with sales modules. Insurance industry experience not required, but very helpful
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead meetings with senior level executives
  • Ability to lead group training sessions along with individual 1-on-1 sessions
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs
  • Knowledge of M365 products
  • Prosci certified is a plus
  • Must be open to occasional domestic travel (once per quarter on the high end)
