Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

We are seeking a licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Virginia. The ideal candidate is driven, compassionate, and committed to excellence in patient care. What will you do?
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at functional recovery and pain management.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinic improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture that supports patient engagement and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia, or eligible for licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Board certification in Orthopedics (OCS) or willingness to pursue certification.
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT, Epic).
- Interest or experience in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or specialty certifications (e.g., dry needling, McKenzie, ASTYM, etc.).
