What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 offshore QA engineers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and resolve conflicts within the team and with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of testing.

Must-Haves:

• Proven ability to lead and manage offshore team members.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong experience in test planning, test case design, and execution.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.

Desired Skills:

• Azure DevOps Skills
• Azure Cloud Skills
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks using SpecFlow C#
• Knowledge of performance testing techniques using JMeter.
• Familiarity with Cassandra NoSQL databases.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree
