The Director of Deposits Product Delivery leads a team of platform leaders and their agile product teams responsible for the strategic execution and delivery of platform initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of product solutions across the deposits and debit portfolios. This senior leadership role combines technical expertise, project management excellence, and business acumen to prioritize demand for enhancements and transform business requirements into successful product launches while maintaining regulatory compliance, platform stability, and operational efficiency for critical enterprise ecosystems. This team also drives large cross functional initiatives and partners with upstream and downstream product teams in digital and enterprise functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead large, multi-level team focused on platform delivery for enterprise deposits, debit and modernization ecosystems. The Product Delivery team partners closely with technology to ensure the strategies and needs of the business are realized through the technology platforms, capabilities and vendors utilized to support our business and continuously balances agile backlog inclusive of regulatory/compliance changes, risk remediation, technology maintenance, enhancements/automation, investment in new functionality for enterprise, and business driven demands
2. Own the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of deposit platforms, including core banking systems, digital interfaces, and integration layers. Drive technology modernization initiatives while ensuring platform stability and regulatory compliance
3. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Establish and maintain robust processes for capturing, analyzing, and translating business needs and strategic priorities into comprehensive functional requirements and/or executable plans. Ensure requirements align with technical capabilities, regulatory constraints, and operational considerations. Lead Agile prioritization process for platform enhancements and new feature development to ensure strategic priorities are established and implemented to realize business value.
4. Direct the execution of complex, multi-workstream strategic initiatives and programs across the deposits portfolio. Oversee project governance, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource management in accordance with enterprise expectations.
5. Build and lead high-performing teams across product delivery, business analysis, and change/program management functions. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
6. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners including performance and quality management of end-to-end business ecosystem encompassing technology, operational and large-scale processes that effect product performance, operational risk and client satisfaction. Evaluate new platform capabilities to drive process improvement and performance acceleration.
7. Lead critical incident management and resolution for platform-related issues
8. Drive operational excellence over Agile delivery model and continuous improvement as organization scales

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related field
2. 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in financial services
3. 5+ years of management experience, preferably leading scaled, multi-functional teams
4. Proven track record managing complex banking platforms and technology implementations
5. Strong understanding of retail banking products and operations
6. Excellent leadership, consulting, and communication skills, including the ability to lead direct and indirect reports and influence senior and executive leaders
7. Excellent negotiation skills and highly collaborative planning ability, excellent diplomacy, tact, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
8. Ability to think critically and strategically and drive change; capability of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field
2. PMP or similar project management certification
3. Experience with agile delivery methodologies
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking
5. Experience with core banking system modernization or transformation
