Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership. As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, securing competitive financing options, and maximizing revenue for the dealership. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and financial institutions to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive financing, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in obtaining financing options for vehicle purchases, including new and used cars.
  • Review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate financing terms with lenders.
  • Present and explain financing and lease options to customers, including interest rates, terms, and monthly payments.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all finance-related paperwork.
  • Verify customer information, such as employment, income, and credit history, to secure financing approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive financing programs, interest rates, and lending guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive rates and terms.
  • Offer and sell additional finance and insurance products, such as extended warranties and protection plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or questions related to financing.


Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, preferably 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, including lending guidelines, interest rates, and financing options.
  • Familiarity with dealership finance software and systems (Reynolds).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant computer applications and software.
